The Oxford Project

Peter Feldstein set out in 1984 to photograph everyone in his small Iowa town of Oxford. He then rephotographed them 20 years later and recorded their oral histories with the help of colleague Stephen Bloom. Bloom states, "My job in Oxford was to talk to the voiceless."
